Kathy Fosmoe has been a Greater Kalamazoo licensed Realtor® since 1998. She brings valuable experience to all aspects of your sale or purchase of real estate. As a former teacher and high school sports coach/athletic director in the Greater Kalamazoo area she brings a uniquely educational approach to real estate.

“My biggest priority is making sure my clients have all the information necessary to make quality decisions about the purchase or sale of their home,” Kathy says. “I educate and communicate to make the process as seamless and pleasant as it can be.” Kathy was raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, Teaching Certificate and MBA. Her real estate specialty is working with both buyers and sellers in the regional condo market, providing the information and guidance they need to succeed. Kathy has achieved the real estate designations of: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and e-Pro (on line professional).

Kathy is an active individual who enjoys playing a number of sports (tennis is her favorite) and getting involved in various community events and organizations.  “Community service is important to me and I am involved in a number of activities that include: teaching at WMU’s College of Business, 40+ year involvement in the Boys’ National Junior Tennis Championships, Board Member Friends of the Portage Library, Volunteer Assistant Women’s Tennis Coach at Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Kalamazoo College, Junior Achievement classroom volunteer, member of the Portage Historic District Commission and W Club at Western Michigan University. I am proud to serve and call Portage Michigan my home.”
