Yvonne Smith is a first-year agent with the Watts Realty Team and a proud Kalamazoo resident since 1998. With a professional background in Human Services and Social Work, she brings a rare depth of empathy and advocacy to every transaction. Her specialty is first-time home buyers — she loves being part of the moment when someone’s dream of homeownership finally becomes real.
