After significant research and regional housing data assessment, Watts Homes &
Construction purchased the site for Cottage Pointe Condominiums and began designing the layout for the new neighborhood. .
“Cottage Pointe is a Free-Standing Condominium community. That means each of the condos is a single structure with no connecting walls between houses. It’s similar to owning your own house with many of the exterior maintenance hassles removed.” Joy Watts, President of Watts Homes & Construction, said.
“Our research showed that condominium buyers were interested in choosing from a variety of floor plans as well as selecting their own individual options and upgrades. We have several basic floor plan designs and have given our clients an “al a carte” approach to the options they want included in their condo.” Watts said.
Phase 1 of Cottage Pointe Condominiums is now under construction and clients that were part of the neighborhood’s V.I.P. program attended a special event to tour the model condo and are beginning to make their site, floor plan and option selections. The “Public Grand Opening” is scheduled for Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 1-4 p.m.
